Purpose: In addition to strong selling skills, culture of Chanel and Ready-To-Wear knowledge, Style Advisor have fashion flair and are able to inspire and motivate the entire team around Ready-To-Wear.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Product performance in boutique

1/ Day to day business

·  Support general boutique activities and contribute to overall smooth operations / process
·  Partner with supervisors / Deputy Head of Boutique to support a healthy stock management and follow-up on merchandise attribution to clients (esp. for hot items)
·  Be proactive in checking orders status, merchandise arrival

2/ Sales performance

·  Perform good and qualitative sales: Ready-To-Wear centric with accessory coordination promoting a silhouette, not only a product
·  Be able to sell the non-obvious: Image and / or High-ends and Slow movers

3/ Business acumen

·  Understand Ready-To-Wear business (missed opportunities, customers’ comments on collection)
·  Provide qualitative feedbacks regularly to Ready-To-Wear Deputy Head of Boutique, supervisors  and Ready-To-Wear Development Manager: during launch, on weekly basis, and before MD based on collection performance and ST reports

Customization Expert :

1/ Inspire customers to understand the Brand, styles/ trends

·  Reinforce the Chanel Dream : by promoting our Savoir Faire, sharing our Heritage, and by partnering with the tailor for the perfect fit
·  Able to convey his knowledge on collection and fabrics and general Fashion Knowledge with passion

2/ inspire and coach the team around Ready-To-Wear​ from a styling perspective,

·  Work regularly with Style Advisors and Ready-To-Wear Development Manager to do focused styling exercise with the team on new products, cross selling, cross collection
·  Animate Ready-To-Wear moments (2 times per month): Item focus / Slow sellers
·  Relay Ready-To-Wear moments messages during morning briefing
·  Help team to prepare Ready-To-Wear customers appointment (knowledge, fashion message) and advise when needed
·  Conduct Ready-To-Wear / Styling orientation to the new join staff

Boutique Client relationship & Intelligence

1/ Customer relationship

·  Able to build long-term and strong relationship with clients
·  Identify opportunities to convert Accessory customers to Ready-To-Wear by partnering with Fashion Advisor from other departments

2/ Buys

·  Comments of Item from customers’ eye
·  Attend pre-buy meetings, share commercial / client understanding and qualitative feedbacks on past collection strengths and weaknesses
·  During Buys: voice Specific customer preference with a focus on Local Ready-To-Wear customers, mainly Elite + High and liaise with boutique team to organize pre-selections for top VIPs
·  Join post-buys and partner with Style Advisors and Ready-To-Wear Development Managers to give qualitative feedback on buys by boutique from a styling perspective

3/ Events

·  Participate in various company's events / activities (commercial show, pre-order, collection launch, style exercise, VIP styling...)
·  Gives suggestions in client targeting for Style Exercise and VIC styling
·  Share knowledge on clients profile and preferences
·  Assist team to select appropriate wardrobe for each client

Academic / Professional Qualifications

·  Secondary School Graduate.  University graduate a plus

Work Experience

·  Fashion / retail / luxury / Ready-To-Wear background
·  Minimum 3 years’ experience in Boutique
