Job description

Role Purpose
Manages the inventory levels and stockroom for a extra large or extra extra large boutique.

Responsibilities
1) Manages multiple stockroom teams in a large or very large boutique to establish inventory levels and ensure availability and accessibility of products.
2) Manages complex incoming or outgoing shipments or transfers and ensures correct documentation and quality checks.
3) Contacts key vendors to reorder supplies and acts as point of escalation for questions and issues.
4) Oversees cleanliness of the stockroom and products and fosters understanding of quality standards within the team.
5) Ensures training of team members and contributes to performance appraisal process.

Desirable experience
• Generally extensive experience in stock or retail
