CHANEL is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity! We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Stand Boutique Manager to lead and inspire an energetic and passionate team who are dedicated to creating the best experiences for our clients.
The Stand Boutique Manager will become part of an affiliate which requires an entrepreneurial mind-set, and the ability to transform and grow in the role. You will lead and develop our five Beauty Confidant. Based in El Corte Ingles Serrano, weekend work hours will be necessary. Your directly manager will be the Retail Manager for Spain to whom you will report.
Your role @CHANEL:
Your role at CHANEL is to contribute to the overall performance of the CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty Division from our Concession Model Boutique in ECI Serrano.
During this assignment, through a keen sense of business acumen, we expect our Stand Boutique Manager to lead our BC’s Team in ECI Castellana, to manage retail activities that contribute to the brand’s image and leadership in the market by liaising with field, corporate and Europe teams. You will thrive in this role if you are able to think ‘outside the four walls’ and always have the entire client pathway in mind, including the omni-channel context. Your leadership will also inspire your team and enable their full potential.
You will provide a continued and elevated focus on CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty. This role involves developing product knowledge in coordination with the sales team and the training team, as well as coordinating and actively participating in in-store promotions, including seasonal sales, displays, and animations, working closely with marketing teams Additionally, the Stand Manager must ensure the proper management of the furniture merchandise and oversee all operational processes, such as shipping and receiving goods and inventory.

· Enhance client beauty and showcase CHANEL products in ECI Serrano
· Create a tailor-made experience and personalized service for each client using CHANEL ’s experience ritual to build long-lasting relationship with them.
· Beauty market by acting as an ambassador.
· Achieve sales targets, promote cross-selling, retain, recruit and grow client return rates.
· Take responsibility for driving the sales contribution to the overall performance on the counter
· Stay updated on CHANEL products, trends, and techniques to provide the highest level of service.
· Improve brand image at the point of sale and elevate client experience.
· Manage the team to meet clients’ expectations and sales goals.
· Partner with Human Resources to oversee the recruitment and development of the Boutique team
· Organize and coordinate events in the Boutique to increase traffic and maximize sales.
