Job description

The digitalization of our business model has strongly accelerated. All divisions have developed omni-channel client journeys that connect physical and digital touchpoints for an exceptional client experience.

As part of the Europe Regional Digital team and reporting to the Data Department, you will join the Artificial Intelligence Squad. The team focuses on exploring and implementing innovative solutions that leverage both traditional Machine Learning and Generative AI to enhance insights, automation, and creativity across our business.

Within the Artificial Intelligence Squad, you will contribute to products centered on the use of Generative and Agentic AI to support innovation and efficiency.

Your missions will include:

·  Supporting the design and implementation of AI assistants and autonomous agents capable of reasoning and orchestrating tasks.
·  Experimenting with Generative AI models for text understanding, summarization, and contextual retrieval, assessing their potential within our ecosystem.
·  Exploring Agentic AI frameworks (such as LangChain or CrewAI) to enable autonomous reasoning, planning, and task orchestration.
·  Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify, prototype, and evaluate use cases where Generative AI brings tangible value.
·  Contributing to the documentation, presentation, and communication of outcomes to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing across teams.

 

Required profile:

·  Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and strong interest in Generative and Agentic AI.
·  Familiarity with pre-trained models and frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
·  Proficiency in Python and libraries such as transformers, pandas, and tools for rapid prototyping.
·  Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
·  Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or physics.
