About the role:
CHANEL is now hiring a Specialist, eRetail- Fragrance & Beauty . You are an energetic, independent, and curious self-starter to join our Fragrance & Beauty (F&B) eRetail Team based onsite in New York City . The ideal candidate will play an important role in assisting our e-business planning and execution with key Retailers. You will act as the operational backbone of our digital business, owning the end-to-end trafficking and delivery of creative assets to our retail partners. This role interfaces with internal and external teams – both domestically and internationally – and is a key support partner for Marketing, Media, Artistic Direction, Global E-Retail, Planning, and Legal. Your goal is to ensure that the strategic vision, defined by Senior Managers (.com Account Owners), is executed flawlessly on the digital shelf—on time, to spec, and without friction.
Our ideal eRetail Specialist candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in eBusiness, Marketing, Planning, or Business Development with a passion for details, collaboration, digital strategy, and working on a fast-paced multi-faceted team.

To do so, we require a dedicated eRetail Specialist, with a focus on operational excellence and managing asset deliverables.
CREATIVE ASSET PROJECT MANAGEMENT
·
Support eRetail calendar maintenance for assigned Retailers with site exposure, relevant dates and campaigns, tracking all live dates, asset deadlines, and campaign windows to ensure no opportunities are missed
·
Own project management timelines and deliverables for creative asset planning.
·
Manage the delivery and internal routing of campaign placements between internal (local Creative, Marketing, PR) and external teams for assigned Retailers
·
Support Senior Managers in kicking-off Asset Plans
·
Understand and reference Global guidelines as needed to support the team’s exploration of new opportunities
CROSS-SITE EXCELLENCE
·
Support Senior Managers in daily site/spot checks during needed coverage moments
·
Conduct rigorous quality assurance (QA) on retailer sites. proactively identifying broken links, missing assets, or incorrect copy and escalating to vendors/retailers for immediate resolution
·
Support Senior Group Director in managing external vendor for automated monitoring of eRetail sites in US
·
Support BTF content delivery across .coms as the primary user; responsible for uploading, auditing, and pushing "Below the Fold" (BTF) content to retailer .coms to ensure product detail pages are launch-ready
·
Manage the day-to-day operations of review seeding and sampling programs, ensuring inventory is secured and technical integration is functioning
·
Support Sampling operations
STRATEGIC SUPPORT & CROSS-TEAM COLLABORATION
·
Support 360 launch brief inputs across accounts
·
Support team in conducting on-going competitive landscape research and analysis to help identify gaps/opportunities/best practice
·
Maintain a monthly scorecard tracking Asset Delivery Timeliness and Live Site Experience

What you will bring to the team:

Proven experience working in Excel, Smartsheet (or similar), and Power Point required
·

Experience interacting with retailers preferred

Willingness to learn, stay curious and contribute ideas to support the greater team
·
Solid cross-functional relationship-building and project management skills
·
Highly self-motivated, with ability to manage-up as needed
·
eBusiness, web & PowerBi experience preferred
Position Logistics:
·
Minimum of 2 years of experience in eBusiness, Marketing, Planning, or Business Development
·
Hybrid Weekly Schedule: 3 Days in office in New York City required
·
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
·
Occasional local travel possible

Compensation:
·
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $61,400 - $90,000. A base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
