About the job  

You will provide excellent skincare services and solutions, creating unique and memorable client experiences, and contributing to Chanel's brand image and retail leadership. 

 

As a Skincare Therapist, you embody the values of Chanel, maintaining a stylish and professional image and ensuring all client interactions align with Chanel’s image and standards. 

 

The role requires balancing business orientation with client passion, acting as a Chanel Ambassador and experience creator. 

 

What impact you can create at Chanel   

 

You will exceed client expectations by creating tailor-made experiences, offering personalized skincare consultations, and delivering flash or cabin facial services. As a business driver, you will achieve sales targets, enhance client loyalty, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Chanel’s retail performance.

Surpassing client expectations by co-creating personalized stories with clients, embracing digital shopping trends, and facilitating a seamless omni-channel experience. Sharing best practices and inspiring your team energizes you, as does enriching clients’ knowledge and experiences with Chanel skincare products. 

 

What you will bring  

 

· 
A facial certificate/diploma according to local regulations. 

· 
At least 3 years’ experience in facial salon/cabin and the retail industry. 

· 
Excellent facial and massage skills, with a high passion for beauty therapy. 

· 
Good selling skills, particularly in skincare, and basic makeup skills.
