About the Role

This position supports the Fragrance and Beauty Product Division's visual merchandising. The role involves coordinating and implementing visual display guidelines, assisting with campaign launches, and planning for generic planogram updates. The ideal candidate will be confident, self-motivated, and organized, with a strong understanding of operational and marketing needs, house requirements, and daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

What Impact You Can Create at Chanel

·  Bridge the gap between Macau and Hong Kong, ensuring that our boutiques and counters consistently meet Chanel's brand standards
·  Building strong relationships with frontline staff to enhance operational and business needs through visual merchandising (VM) storytelling
·  Implementing VM guidelines for various store design concepts and working with external suppliers, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the brand's visual identity
·  Contribute to the overall success of visual merchandising initiatives through your efforts in VM reporting, podium applications, and onsite support

What You Will Bring

·  Experience : 2-4 years in the retail industry, preferably in luxury retail visual merchandising
·  Skills : Proficiency in Adobe programs, other design tools, and the MS Office suite. Onsite support experience during VM launch updates, new store openings, and podium setups
·  Competencies : A creative vision with a design detail-oriented approach, strong collaboration skills, and excellent communication abilities. You are detail-minded, innovative, and dynamic in your work, with a passion for enhancing the visual merchandising experience
