Location: London Headquarters, UK

Reports to: Head of Global CFO Office

Contract : Full-time and permanent position.

The Finance learning program will encompass three pillars – Behavioural, Technical and Business skills/knowledge.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overall:

·  Develop, implement, facilitate and continuously enrich at a global level, training materials that meet common needs, in partnership with subject matter experts.
·  Create engaging, outcomes-driven, and experiential learning experiences
·  Contribute to the strategy for Learning & Development

Coordination & Partnership:

·  Gather information on existing training programs to ensure understanding of the current landscape and coordinate with the Regions, Divisions, and Corporate teams to propose how the existing content can be leveraged across the organization.
·  Liaise with the appropriate teams to document current processes, curricula, and approaches in each region and division to provide visibility of training programs across the organization to champion efficiency and avoid duplication.
·  Liaise with the Global HR Learning and People Development team on career, leadership and personal development topics to ensure that the Finance training support is in line with the HR roadmap.
·  Work with vendors to customize global programs and develop solutions best suited for our needs and culture.
·  Partner with internal and external experts to design, develop, implement, and maintain all the training tools aligned to the “development for all” philosophy

Monitoring & Evaluation:

·  Measure and communicate program impact and progress on strategic objectives and goals with stakeholders.
·  Stay in tune to external trends, best practices, and case studies to articulate pros and cons of different approaches to people development issues.

PROFILE

·  Experience working in or knowledge of Corporate Finance
·  Experience in learning design and creation of Learning & Development strategy for the Finance function
·  Deep knowledge of adult learning styles and training methodologies
·  Strong project management and relationship building skills
·  Exceptional facilitation and training delivery skills
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·  Motivated to understand business priorities and the related training needs
·  Passionate about continuous learning
·  A deep care for developing people and a committed advocate for change within the organization
·  Ability to take data and turn it into insight
·  Experience working in a global context and in a matrix organization
