As our Sales Support & Data Analyst you are energized by::

Sales Support:

·  Supports client order management.
·  Secures that deadlines for product launches are met in cooperation with the Marketing Department.
·  Assists on the invoicing of the department expenses.
·  Works together with the Sell-Out Manager on the definition of promotional routes and the team motivation plan.
·  Manages the preparation and delivery of incentives for teams.
·  Participates on the preparation of special activations for stores.

Data Analysis:

·  Prepares sales analysis and develops tools to monitor sales activities.
·  Submits monthly Sell-Out reports with achievements vs target per BA.
·  Sales Support Material: orders management, consumptions follow-up on a quarterly basis, manage requests made by sales team.

What you will bring:

·  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
·  Strong expertise in Excel and Power Point.
·  Ability to work in a team.
·  Excellent communication skills, Spanish highly appreciated.
·  Ability to handle multiple projects.
·  Proactivity, curiosity, ability to think "out of the box".
