Sales Assistant (Temporary, Full-time)
Location: CHANEL Watches & Fine Jewelry Pop-up Shop – Yorkdale Mall, TO
Reports to: CHANEL Yorkdale W&FJ Boutique Management and Store Management
Contract: Full-time and Temporary (End of October until beginning of January 2026)
Your role @ Chanel:
CHANEL Watches & Fine Jewellery is excited to launch a temporary holiday pop-up store to support the opening of the new Yorkdale Boutique mid-November, the newest, largest CHANEL boutique in Canada and first Watches and Fine Jewellery Boutique in Ontario. As this pop-up will offer our exclusive seasonal products and exceptional customer service during the busy holiday season, we are looking for six (6) enthusiastic and motivated Sales Assistants to join our team and help create a memorable shopping experience for our customers.
What impact you can create at Chanel:

Help open the first W&FJ Boutique in Ontario, leading up to the opening of the Pop-Up
·
Greet and welcome guests as they enter the pop-up, providing a positive first impression.
·
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the pop-up’s stylish ambiance.
·
Monitor guest flow and assist with managing queues or wait times during peak hours.
·
Handle basic administrative tasks, including assisting with event-related activities.
·
Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their watches and jewelry needs, offering expert product knowledge, and making personalized recommendations.
·
Ensure the sales floor is well-organized and displays are attractive.
·
Assist with inventory management, including conducting regular inventory checks, and keeping track of merchandise.
·
Support pop-up operations, including receiving, restocking, and transporting merchandise between event space and boutique.
·
Support boutique success by assisting with any other tasks as directed by boutique management.
Responsibilities listed are not exhaustive; additional and more detailed duties will be shared during training stage.
What you will bring to the role:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, particularly with luxury brands or watches or fine jewelry brands.
·
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
·
Flexible schedule. Including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
·
Enthusiastic, reliable and a team player.
