Retail Coordinator (VIE)

Job description

In line with the development of the Fragrances & Beauty Retail network in the EE, we are looking for a Retail Coordinator (VIE) to join the PL office Retail Team.
The role is to provide sales, administrative and coordination support to the Retail Manager.
In this role, you will collaborate with various departments in the office and the boutiques teams.

VIE based in Warsaw – 12 months as of June 2025.

The V.I.E Program aims to facilitate international business development and provide young professionals with valuable international work experience. It is designed to strengthen the skills and knowledge base of both the home office (regional team) sending company and the host market. To be eligible for the V.I.E Program, candidates must be between 18 and 28 years old and hold either French or European nationality (EOG). They should possess a higher education degree or have relevant professional experience.

Scope of responsibilities

·  Report weekly and monthly sales results, drive, and compile sales analyses
·  Participate in defining retail incentives and team challenges throughout the year
·  Support on animating the Retail community & ensure Retail excellence at all levels
·  Monitor and follow-up on expenses related to the projects while administering and tracking all budgets within Retail area
·  Update the Retail checklist on a regular basis and support in the implementation of process and procedures
·  Close cooperation with Retail team (locally and globally) regarding new projects
·  Observe market trends and competition activities in the luxury market

Candidate profile requirements:

·  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
·  Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
·  Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
·  Passion for product, specifically fragrance and skincare
·  Excellent communication skills, fluency in English
·  Polish language will be a strong asset

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
·  Basic understanding of retail analytics tools
·  Ability to learn new software applications quickly
