POSITION SUMMARY

This role serves as a key contributor to manage and deliver boutique projects following the regional and global guidance from all aspects. The candidate will be part the Fragrance and Beauty Products team, which manages and delivers projects in HKMO. With a keen interest in the built environment and a curiosity within the house, the candidate will be exposed to a broad range of projects, business models and key stakeholders.

              • Support CAP studio and Local by providing solid experience and a wide range of knowledge in design management and project execution

              • Contribute to the overall lifecycle of a boutique project by achieving the right balance between business needs and architectural achievements

              • Formulate technical solutions during design development phase and work on project specific constraints during construction phase

              • Promote the best practice of project management from the beginning to completion for one special project – including LEEDs application

              • Market intelligence in the current design trend, construction standards, sustainability practices, and retail innovation

              • Explore new project opportunities through the design and technical lens by working with landlords and local professionals to structure the appropriate project development model

              • Evaluate and assess project risks, perform risk management, and recommend mitigation measures

              • Collaborate and coordinate with other business divisions and local market’s stakeholders

              • Produce comprehensive project briefs, feasibility studies and perform accurate due diligence on all upcoming projects

              • Prepare and manage all aspects of project budgeting, program, contract administration, and tender documentation by working with internal stakeholders and external consultants

              • Collaborate with the procurement team and QS team to manage material sourcing, purchase orders, and logistics

              • Lead local contractors, vendors and consultants to achieve overall design excellence; ability to efficiently communicate and find design solutions for ad-hoc problems which may arise during construction

              • Ensure project delivery is always on-time, on-budget, and to a high level of workmanship and standard

              • Working closely with the internal and external project team to monitor and deliver the best workmanship while respecting the CSR/ LEED guidelines in line with our sustainability goals

              • Contributing in the on-going and company-wide vision of sustainability, design and development standards
