Job Mission:
This position is responsible for supporting merchandising and planning for a category of fashion products, and also supporting various administrative tasks for fashion merchandising team.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor deliveries and local BTQ allocations
·
Execute transfer between local boutiques if needed
·
Assists products reports regarding sales and stocks status(daily, weekly, & monthly basis)
·
Create & Distribute Sketch book/ sell-through books
·
Consolidate product feed-backs from BTQ
·
Competitor’s Price Survey
·
DFO internal office memo
·
Merchandising Administrative works: Arranging buying meeting, travel arrangements, coordinating internal/ outgoing mail, writing meeting minute as necessary
Role Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications
·
University graduate
Work Experience
·
1-2 years work experience incl. contractor, intern in fashion industry is preferred
Required Competencies
·
Language: Available speaking and writing in English
·
Excellent computer skills, MS Excel, MS Power point, MS Word.
