The People Experience and People Listening Intern will support the People Experience team in enhancing employee engagement and improving the overall employee experience at CHANEL. This role will involve assisting in the design, implementation, and analysis of people listening and people experience strategies and initiatives. The intern will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that employee feedback is effectively captured, analyzed, and acted upon to foster a positive and productive work environment thanks to design thinking and service design methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Support People Listening Initiative and assist in the development and execution of the global People Listening strategy, including surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms.
·  Support the team to express that people narrative (or EVP) though compelling people’s stories.
·  Contribute to building meaningful experiences for all CHANEL people using design thinking and service design methodologies.

More precisely:

Data Collection and Analysis:

·  Collect and analyze employee feedback data using tools like Qualtrics and other survey platforms.
·  Support the creation of reports and presentations to share insights with key stakeholders.
·  Monitor and track engagement scores, response rates, and action plan progress.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

·  Work with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and other departments, to ensure alignment and integration of people listening and experience initiatives.
·  Participate in workshops and meetings to co-design the People Experience Strategy Playbook.

Project Management:

·  Assist in managing the timeline and deliverables for people listening projects.
·  Ensure that all project activities are completed on time and within scope.

Administration

·  Administrative support to the Talent and Experience team – NDA, contracts and invoicing

Required Skills and Profile:

Educational Background:

·  Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
·  Fluent in English & French (verbal & written)
·  Familiarity market research or employee engagement methodologies
·  Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques.

Soft Skills:

·  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
·  Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.

Experience:

·  Previous internship or project experience in HR, employee engagement, or related fields is a plus.
