What you can bring to the team

Key Responsibilities:

 

1.      Manage the intranet MyChanel portal and other internal communication platforms including WeCom’s daily operation.

Roll out the change management plan to drive usage and engagement with the communication platforms.

Lead engagement activities of the Editorial Committee as well as design eye-catching, engaging and educational content, including the management of news and pages on the Intranet in partnership with business stakeholders. Gatekeep sensitive contents and the content control process.

2.      Ensure communication delivery is in alignment with the purpose and with measurable outcome. Provide analytics on the result and continuously seek for improvement. 

3.   Support content development and drive high-quality and easy-to-understand content for dissemination across our employee communication channels (Intranet, emails, Town Halls, national conferences, D&Ds etc.).  

4.      Develop creative and captivating internal communications plans and tactics across various multimedia platforms (newsletters, emails, infographics, videos, gifs, and other multimedia etc.) to help employees better understand and embody the priorities of the House.  

5.      Act as a project owner and partner closely with regional and market teams to manage translation efforts and volume, including timeline coordination, budget management and coordination of the partnership with third-party translation agency.

6.      Support regular and ongoing employee listening exercises, including engaging and coordinating with regional and market teams as well as third-party vendors and global teams to ensure smooth rollout, reporting and engagement on outcomes.

7.      Provide internal communications-related advisory and build strong networks throughout the organisation and with regional and market teams for effective collaboration and to ensure communications initiatives which can truly meet business and employees’ expectations.

8.      Manage a roster of design, production and content vendors for effective outcomes and relationships.
