Become part of our success story and support our F&B team. As part of the customer service team, you will take care of our customers' concerns and handle orders in the perfumery and cosmetics sector.
We are looking for a full-time Order & Customer Service Specialist as soon as possible for our office in Warsaw.
This role closely partners with colleagues at all levels across both the F&B team and wider business. As such, the role requires a capable communicator who can spot opportunities to create regional consistency and who is able to set clear expectations of both team members and stakeholders.
You are diplomatic, detail-oriented, service-minded and driven by the opportunity to provide first class support. You have a positive can-do attitude, as you will have to juggle the various demands of a fast-paced business environment.
YOUR ROLE
You will be responsible for the following activities:
· Entering orders into the goods management system and checking them on an ongoing basis.
· Answering incoming telephone/email queries regarding delivery dates, product availability etc.
· Supporting the processing of complaints and managing the order process.
· General administrative tasks.
· You’ll play a key role in delivering top-tier service experiences.
· You shall be responsible for the precision and correctness of documentation.
· You will Ensure all complaints are processed in a timely manner, including telephone and email customer support.
· Ongoing communication and coordination with external carriers and central customer service in Paris (order tracking, delivery documentation, etc.).
· Interaction and proactive collaboration with all departments of the company, in particular with the commercial department.

· Experience with MS-Office (especially Excel)
· Very good knowledge of Polish and English
