Job description

Job Mission:

·  The Office Assistant is responsible to provide delivery service, arrange cleaning and housekeeping service for RSOs, supplies inventory control, communicate with various stakeholders in completing the tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Assist in various in-house functions and activities including meeting room set up, refreshment arrangements and other equipment / facilities preparation.
·  Monitor the progress/quality of works performed by vendors and contractors.
·  Oversee scheduled cleaning program timetable, which may include in-person assistance after office hours or on weekends.
·  Responsible for daily delivery of document, cheques and other goods between offices and boutiques, collecting, sorting and distributing mail/documents/packages as assigned.
·  Assist receptionist to deliver post, messages, documents within the office as designated.
·  Franking of letters and maintain postage record 
·  Assist in handling procurement and stock control of office supplies, stationery, and printing matters for all offices in Hong Kong and follow up on delivery arrangement.
·  Assist in general administration such as data input, visitor registration, fixed assets record, stock record etc.
·  Provides information to supervisors and co-workers by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person, in a professional and timely manner.
·  Provide clerical, administrative support and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

·  Punctual
·  Accurateness in sorting and distributing of document to various departments
·  Complete tasks within timeline

Academic / Professional Qualifications

·  F.5 or above
·  English literacy

Work Experience

·  Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar role.
·  Previous experience in an international environment will be an advantage.
