About the role:
Responsible within the Marketing area for all activities related to F&B products and events, from calendar planning to execution, as well as results tracking and budget control.
Responsibilities:
PRODUCTS:
· Responsible for updating and executing the F&B calendar with all product launches, ensuring proper workflow and effective communication with all stakeholders;
· Daily interaction with the Logistics team to ensure delivery dates and receipt of complete campaign materials;
· Support in defining pricing for new launches;
· Performance analysis of launches and of the three categories to identify control points and improvement opportunities in the assortment;
· Interface with sales channels and related areas, ensuring alignment of strategies and departmental priorities;
· Identify opportunities for better product exposure together with VM;
· Competition and market analysis;
· Participation in marketing-related projects and initiatives;
· Preparation of reports and presentations;
· Budget monitoring and control.
EVENTS:
· Execute the event calendar according to the department’s priorities;
· Manage small-scale events in Boutiques;
· Plan and execute off-site activations, such as WH or shopping mall events;
· Develop partnerships with agencies for external events;
· Manage actions/partnerships with shopping malls and their clientele;
· Negotiate and contract suppliers;
· Budget monitoring and control.
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
· Preferably a degree in Marketing, Events, Advertising, or Communications.
Good knowledge of Excel;
· Previous experience as an intern or analyst in beauty companies;
· Experience in product analysis is a plus;
· Organization;
· Strong communication skills;
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
· Ability to work with different internal areas;
· Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking).
