Job description
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT – INTERNSHIP
Global learning & engagement strategy
· Co-define & orchestrate a 360° & blended training program & define a long-term activation plan
· Assure alignment with marketing & commercial teams on priorities (new product launch, special program…)
· Collaborate with learning team to support the defined learning strategy
· Definition & follow-up loyalty program including all training activities, follow-up of results & communication, ordering & distribution
· Follow-up learners, create best practices sharing, share content platforms, and foster a learning culture.
Learning content & assets design
· Creation/adapting learning assets & materials (on-boarding, Brand Education, product knowledge, selling & service skills, inter-cultural, styling) related to local training needs (manuals, visuals, promotional materials, training programs, presentations, etc.)
· Support training team on the technical and design aspect of creating and coordinating content for learning activities
· Centralize and manage all training assets and materials
· Oversee the translation of learning assets into the 2 local languages to guarantee that deadlines are met and that the quality of deliverables is maintained.
Planning & operations coordination
· Define, implementation & follow-up of the training planning (physical & virtual, in-store coaching, …)
· Manage & update planning of trainer’s team following the different needs & requests
· Management of stock & order training materials, gifts & uniforms of the team
· Orchestration of the communications of the training program to different stakeholders
· Ensure communication through retailer networks
· Manage & define Instagram strategy
· Communication on CHANEL e-learning mobile application
· Ensuring up to date learning tools (training materials, gifts, uniforms …)
· Support learning team in organization of learning events (in collaboration with other departments)
· Support learning team in answering requests , questions by mail/phone
· Support learning team in training room preparation, gifts, and hosting guests
Digital learning support & communications lead
· Support digital learning specialist
· Communication plan for the mobile application (copywriting, content calender …)
· Animate digital learning community (community management)
· Support social learning, co-design digital learning content …
· Co-manage Instagram strategy
· Assure single communication style throughout all training communications
· Support in performance & reporting

· Fluent French and Dutch are a must
