Title: Intern – Fragrance & Beauty Product, Marketing Service & Experience

Reports to: Marketing Service & Experience Manager

Internship duration:  6months in 2024 (1st March 2024 – 31st August 2024)

(may extend up to 1 year with both parties agreement)

Missions

·  Analysis of services & experience performance : KPIs, sales data analysis.
·  Event & Promotion launch: Client experience journey, operational roll out.
·  Competitors analysis.
·  Support for the team on day to day or punctual needs: documentation, Translation, & others.

Requirements

·  Native Japanese, Fluent in English.
·  Holding an appropriate Working Visa in case of non-Japanese nationality.
·  Currently living in Japan (living in Japan for the past year or more)
·  High PowerPoint & Excel skills is a MUST:
·  1) Calculation/data processing using functions (SUM/IF/VLOOKUP, etc.)
·  2) Use power Pivot.
·  3) Illustrate data with graphs.

Remarks

·  We welcome someone having the sensibilities of the GenZ generation.
·  The ability of time management is a nice to have.
