Job description
Reports to: Client Engagement Director
Internship duration: 2 months during the following period : 2024/5/1 – 2024/9/30.
Missions
· Support creation of CRM ANALYIS report for CGK/FSN/FBP/WFJ
· Support creation of ppt for CRM related projects such as SFMC/PIONEER/MY COCO KIOSK
· Co-work with global counterparts to perform UAT or detect errors for digital touchpoint relate projects such as MY COCO KIOSK/ LINE /DMC/LA COLLECTION
· Support data steward for deck preparation for day-to-day issues raised by client or btqs.
Requirements
· Fluent Japanese, Fluent in English.
· Holding an appropriate Working Visa in case of non-Japanese nationality.
· Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint.
· Data analysis capabilities.
· Strong interest in luxury personal goods.
