What impact you can create at Chanel:

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Business Services, the incumbent will be responsible for:

·  Supporting HR operational and administrative activities in the employee life-cycle process
·  Prepare letters and documentation, monitor, track and follow up on required actions to ensure completion of HR transactions in accordance to HR Policies and Guidelines
·  Coordinate with various partners and stakeholders to enable accurate execution of employee HR transactions and tasks
·  Ensure that tasks are executed in compliance with policies, rules, guidelines and SOPs and that SLAs are met.
·  Track and follow-up on outstanding actions or tasks from employees, partners, stakeholders.
·  ​​Maintaining HR Data
·  Maintain HR Data in our HRIS system (Workday) to ensure information accuracy and integrity
·  Ensure timely upkeep and maintenance of employee P file
·  Answering general queries from employees and stakeholders.
·  Support other administrative activities that form part of the HR Operations service catalog such as Learning Administration, Contingent Worker Administration, Benefits Administration and other activities.
·  Create, review and update SOPs, process flows, checklists, tip sheets to reflect changes, improvements and new ways of working under the supervision of the Manager.
·  Participate in system and data related projects and performing testing, where required.
·  Analyzing data and generating reports to identify themes and trends.
·  Escalating and highlighting errors, issues, delays in a timely manner in accordance to the escalation matrix.  
·  Pro-actively identify improvements to processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
·  Liase with stakeholders, vendors and IT partners to enable smooth end to end service delivery.

·  Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in HRIS (Workday), data analytics tools (Power BI, Power Query), a broad spectrum of Microsoft Applications and other relevant technologies.
·  Communication : Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Fluency in Mandarin, Korean or Thai is an added advantage
·  Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze data and provide insights that drive business decisions.

What you will bring:

·  University graduates preferable in Business Administration/ Human Resources Management with 2-3 years’ work experience
·  Experience of in-house HR Operations, Insurance & Flexible Benefits administration;
·  Excellent customer service skills
·  Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines 
·  Strong critical thinker and attention to detail   
·  Ability to self-manage and prioritise as needed
·  Experience of working in a service delivery role (preferred) 
·  Good verbal and written English language communication skills, plus one or more of the following languages is preferred:
·  Mandarin
·  Cantonese
·  Korean
·  Thai
