YOUR ROLE AT CHANEL

Our boutiques are at the core of our business, and our desire is always to provide exceptional client experience. We are looking for a Hospitality Host to elevate the refreshment service and offering to the clients and to support the retail teams to enhance the client experience and journey in New Bond Street. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES include :  

 

· 
Offering and serving refreshments, and additional food/bitesize selections to clients in a seamless manner to enhance the selling ceremony and boutique experience.  

· 
To have the scope to transform the current food and beverage offer and constantly review trends and tastes, surprise element for clients. 

· 
To plan, organise, direct, control and elevate the operations of the beverages and food in the boutique. 

· 
Inventory management of all perishables and service elements.  

· 
Monitoring of food and beverage expenses and wastage. 

· 
Seek and negotiate supplier arrangements in line with the Company’s green pledge and sustainability drive while maintaining quality products. 

· 
Ensure all good practice of health and safety regulations. 

 

 

WHAT IMPACT CAN YOU CREATE AT CHANEL?  

 

This role will be instrumental in creating and curating the ultimate luxury experience for our clients during their visit, anticipating client requests and elevating service levels.  

 

CLIENT RELATIONS  

 

· 
Work in collaboration with the boutique VIC Executive to ensure the boutique top clients are recognised, appointments prepared, with tailor made preferences and cultural awareness offered.  

· 
Work in collaboration with team to ensure the smooth execution of client requests for refreshments for appointment bookings and walk-ins. 

· 
Organised management of VIP kitchen and supplies to offer efficient and seamless service to the clients with minimal delay.  

· 
In depth knowledge of boutique policies, procedures, and client services. 

 

 

HOSPITALITY   

 

· 
Providing personalised service to clients organising the ultimate hospitality to our clients. 

· 
Always greet clients in and around the boutique upon passing and for scheduled appointments, understanding and anticipating their needs and how to assist them for the ultimate level of service.  

· 
Working closely with the FAs on knowing their clients and supporting them to execute a successful appointment, coaching them on the finer details on matters of hospitality. 

· 
In-boutique event planning and supporting Master Classes, and gatherings for business development in New Bond Street.
