High-End & Client Engagement Assistant

Location: CHANEL Head Office, London / Boutique
Reports to: High-End Business Manager
Contract Type: Permanent, Full time

Your Role @CHANEL: Watches & Fine Jewellery | High End Business | Client Engagement

As the High-End & Client Engagement Assistant , you will play an essential support role in the delivery of CHANEL’s client relationship strategies, with focus on both our core business and high-end clients. You will assist in the coordination and implementation of CRM activities and bespoke experiences that reflect CHANEL’s heritage, values, and exceptional standards of service. Working collaboratively across divisions, you will contribute to building personalised journeys for our most valued W&FJ clients. Your role will involve client data analysis, campaign coordination, reporting, and the logistical execution of activations. You will support both head office and boutique teams in delivering a seamless and elevated client experience.

What Impact You Can Create @ Chanel:

Events & Client Experiences

·  Assist in planning and logistics for high-end client activations (international events, boutique events, one-to-one private viewings, etc.)
·  Assist in planning and logistics for core business client activations including proposing locations and activities, managing invitations and gifting, overseeing logistics and on-site coordination, and developing post-event reports and follow-up templates

CRM & Clientelling

·  Ensure integrity of client data within the CRM platform through regular updates, deduplication, and segmentation
·  Support the CRM Manager in campaign setup, tracking, and reporting
·  Assist in preparing performance summaries, dashboards, events reports and client insights to inform local strategies, including client BI extracts, client lists and prospects checks
·  Promote a clientelling culture within Retail by assisting in the organisation of morning briefs, engagement modules, and supporting materials, aligned with overarching Client Strategy and programs
·  Coordinate all aspects of client engagement, such as personalised itineraries, RSVP tracking, follow-up communication, and liaison with external agencies to ensure a seamless client experience

Client Relationship Strategy

·  Assist in the execution of client engagement strategies for core business and high-end clients
·  Help maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles within the CRM system
·  Assist in the development of the client treatment strategy: catalogue of local activities, social calendar, gifting recommendations
·  Research competitor events, suppliers & gifting campaigns aligned with client key calendar moments to inform strategic planning and ensure competitive positioning
·  Support in the roll out of specific Client centric programs and once running support in the results tracking of this from Prospects to Aftersales
·  Work closely with boutique teams, marketing, and global CRM counterparts to ensure consistency in client journey delivery

What You Will Bring to the Role:

·  Experience in a client-focused, luxury retail, hospitality, or CRM support role (internships and entry-level positions welcome)
·  Interest in the luxury industry and deep appreciation for client service excellence
·  High level of discretion, empathy, and cultural sensitivity
·  Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
·  Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
·  A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is desirable
