The High-end segment, encompassing High Jewelry and Haute Horlogerie, is a key category that CHANEL has high ambitions to develop in the mid-term. Our goal is to become one of the key leading high jewelry brands in the market as well as the referent brand for feminine high-end watches. 

 

In this context, it is essential that we drive high end business development, ensure high end events orchestration across markets, and provide our clients and prospects with the most distinctive and ultimate luxury experience, that only CHANEL can offer. 

Impact You Can Create In The Role:  

 

Reporting to the Director, Watches and Fine Jewelry, SEAA, this role will play a pivotal part in shaping high-end product and assortment strategy and elevating the high-end client experience to the highest standards, driving the after-sales service process and standards, and leading retail excellence in high-end.  By recognising Singapore as a central hub for high-end business in SEAA, this role has the advantage by capitalising on Singapore’s influence and distinctive capabilities, testing new ideas and sharing best practices from Singapore, ensuring every key touch point with the brand is maximised in a relevant and targeted manner, maintaining continuity and full coherence with the Watch and Precious Jewelry and Fashion client journeys throughout SEAA. 

 

  

MERCHANDISING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT   

· 
Monitor regional sales data to identify the potential business opportunities across the region 

· 
Drive SEAA & SG high-end product strategies, set product priority and contribute to the region’s strategic plan 

· 
Manage SEAA & SG high end assortment, mobilize and optimize overall stock transfer by formulating necessary action plans 

· 
Validate and approve assortment plans from markets and drive after-sales strategy 

· 
Evaluate the effectiveness of High-end strategies and drive appropriate enhancement where applicable 

CLIENT & EXPERTISE DEVELOPMENT  

· 
Design, develop and support the implementation of the regional Ultimate High end client journey at CHANEL from prospection, conversion/recruitment, to retention, reactivation, loyalization and upgrade 

· 
Collaborate with Fashion team to co-drive clienteling. Integrate the High-End category and experience as part of the Fashion VIC and Elite client journey in SEAA & SG, in full synergy and partnership with Fashion division 

· 
Analyze client & competitor intelligence, extract insights from the intelligence to guide future plans and actions 

· 
Lead the client gifting strategy and guidelines for High-End in SEAA & SG, in full coherence and continuity with WFJ and Fashion offer  

· 
Lead high end expertise development and close the high-end capability gaps in markets, and support market upskilling by working closely with Global, Regional and Market Learning and retail development team  

EVENTS  

· 
Orchestrate high end events with markets to ensure flawless execution 

· 
Define events strategy and priorities, and manage events plan as part of WFJ high-end orchestration across 3 networks 

· 
Organize and drive the planning of the High-end regional event as Project lead in collaboration with market hosting the event: venue, concept adaptation, production agency selection, budget, sales and ROI, schedule, retail preparation, private viewings organization, entertainment/gala dinner   

· 
Drive new ideas and formulate best practices across Regions and Global 

· 
Develop close understanding of market high end context and needs, reflect market high end VM and events needs to global

Sufficient number of model stock and the productivity increase through shortening the To-be-invoice period and the protection of the pieces

Develop and grow of the high-end client base in the number of recruitment, conversion from fashion client base, retention of the existing clients, upgrade the client segments.

Growth of the number of high-end selling staff and the Grand Vendeurs 

· 
Event sales ROI and the achievement in the image building, communication and the client experience.
