About the role:

As a Fragrance & Beauty Advisor, you are the ultimate CHANEL brand ambassador. You lead by example and treat all clients with the utmost respect, ensuring they feel welcome, confident and at ease. You have an understanding that your role goes beyond completing a transaction. You have emotional intelligence — the ability to develop strong, long-lasting relationships, and the intuition to provide consistent and extraordinary experiences for both internal and external clients.

PEOPLE & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

·  Contributes to building the business by achieving sales targets, using all levers such as product services, data capture to loyalize, recruit and grow client return rate. 
·  Attends seasonal seminars hosted by Education Executives and utilizes the Inside Beauty learning.
·  Application on a daily basis to implement all learnings into your day-to-day.  
·  Is curious to learn more to nourish a beauty culture, being proactive in learning. 
·  Has solid knowledge of the Brand, its heritage and know-how, and shares it with clients and the team. 
·  Knows and understands business challenges and maintains discretion about all areas of the business. 
·  Develop a strong understanding of the retailer ’ s client system to best utilize for customer outreach and retention.  
·  Collaborates with team members to ensure a harmonious at-counter experience.

Compensation:

·  The anticipated base salary range for this position is 23.90 through 29.50. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay will be offered for this position. Other components will include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
