Welcome to our first CHANEL Boutique in the Czech Republic, located in the heart of Prague. We are looking for a Fitting Tailor (m/f/x) to join our team.

As a Fitting Tailor (m/f/x) and an expert in your craft, you will provide exceptional service to our international clients and contribute to the highest standards of the CHANEL client experience.

YOUR ROLE:

·  Take responsibility for our fully equipped tailor’s studio
·  Advise international clients on alteration requests with expertise and care
·  Alter and adjust our exclusive prêt-à-porter collections, while supporting all related atelier activities
·  When supporting the shop floor, apply CHANEL standards of client service, including welcoming clients and accompanying them as appropriate, while helping to maximise sales opportunities
·  Build and maintain strong client relationships
·  Deliver excellent client service in line with the values of our House

YOUR PROFILE:

·  Completed training as a tailor or master tailor
·  Several years of professional experience in a similar role
·  Experience in high-quality or luxury fashion would be an advantage
·  Confidence in working with international clients and a strong service mindset
·  Strong organisational skills and a confident sense of style
·  Careful, precise and independent approach to work
·  Fluent communication skills in Czech and English; additional languages would be an advantage
