FBP Retail Animation Specialist

Key Responsibilities / What you can bring to the team:

This role is in charge of partial CHANEL animation programs, to be responsible for animation organization and ensure success of deployment to meet both brand and commercial objective.  

·  Build animation strategy, plan annual investment, and align with key stakeholders.
·  Study guideline and concept, polish and design client experience as local adaption with creativeness, agility on client experience but highly stick to brand equity.
·  Ensure the smooth and right communication in each level of animation to be reflected in the on-site execution.
·  Manage Vendor from bidding process to daily operation supervision and cost negotiation/management.
·  Timely report and analyze animation performance, ensure the well-understanding of each stakeholder.

Key Requirements:

·  3 years retail (trade) marketing experience, premium brand background is preferred.
·  Experience thriving in a rapidly changing environment, where innovation and creativity in generating ideas for quick response is crucial.
·  High aesthetic and deep understanding on CHANEL standard to ensure the image quality.
·  Strong ownership and responsibility
·  Multi-task abilities and accountability for schedule and budget management.
·  University graduate
