Job Purpose:

· 
Interpretation of the Chanel allure and difference through VM in salon.

· 
Convey in salon the 360 positioning of ultimate luxury fashion brand.

· 
Contribute to the ultimate luxury experience in the salon.

· 
As the representative of VM team in the salon operations.

· 
Explore and discover possibilities and potentials for VM storytelling in salon.

Key responsibilities / What you can bring to the team:

· 
Planning and implementation of the collection soft & official launch display proposal of the salon. (1 month before launch)

· 
Planning and implementation of the exclusive display proposal of the salon according to the different styles and inspiration of each collection. (3+ rotations per collection)

· 
Planning and implementation of wardrobe display for VIC / Elite (dressing room area & try-on suite)

· 
Planning and implementation of the collection celebration / heightened VM / VM highlight proposal.

· 
Communicate pro-actively with the HOB / salon DOB on regular basis, understand the salon's need and VIC / Elite feedback, flexibly adjust the display schemes, and balance the image and salon's need.

· 
Maintain communication & collaboration with BVM and category managers, upleeping VM storytelling with business acumen mindset.

· 
Facilitate a monthly display training calendar according to the salon display. (Inspiration / Color / Style / Display / Maintenance etc...)

· 
Organize salon VM workshop regularly with BVM and other partnering teams.

· 
Analyze the sales report of different category every collection to reflect and review for further VM actions in salon.

· 
Understand and implement OBOS / uniqueness of salon and BTQ, deep integration with current fashion trends to furnish relevant VM implementation of salon.

· 
Participate in VM buy of each collection with VM manager.

· 
Establish positive and effective communication with each team (Retail / Merch / Marketing / PR) for different activities, provide feasible suggestions, eliminate potential problems in cooperation and results achieved as expected in all activities.

· 
Preparation, implementation, process tracking and prepare post-mortem of each project.

· 
Management of salon VM tools, permanent furniture, and decoration to ensure the ultimate luxury ambience.
