FASHION MARKETING COORDINATOR
Location : Panamá, Panamá City
Reports to : Head of Fashion Boutique
Contract : Full time and permanent position
YOUR ROLE @CHANEL
The fashion marketing coordinator will support the long-term development of the business through the definition and implementation of a client development strategy for the market, leveraging on client intelligence and data analysis to design an effective client engagement journey.
As part of the fashion team, you will infuse the standards of the House in terms of client service and brand image across the organization. Equipped with strong communication skills, being highly organized and a dynamic team player you will engage the relevant local and regional teams into providing strong results for the local strategy.
WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL
Client Engagement:
· Adapt and deploy Global client communication calendar to local needs and secure availability of print & digital assets.
· Animate the FA in their 1-1 communication with clients: with targeting, tools & script recommendation.
· Define the 1-many communications strategy and collaborate with other teams such as Media/Digital team to ensure an aligned and timely implementation to the right audience.
· Build a Clientelling community within the market
· Develop and train the retail team in terms of client experience and services as needed.
· Implement a Clientelling program for the boutique, per segment & by FA, to ensure KPIs are accomplished
· Ensure client engagement journeys by client segment with relevant touchpoints.
· Support and execute gifting strategy including ordering or sourcing gifts, client delivery, follow up and budget management.
· Onboard, train and develop the retail team with the use of every Clientelling tool, client experience
· Implement synergies with the F&B and W&FJ team through collaborations and client experiences.
Client Analysis and Insights:
· Provide campaign results for every collection launch and key moment throughout the year, including those provided by digital team.
· Share customer listings to retail team (new customers, best customers, etc.) to support the implementation of every engagement touchpoint.
· Analyze and share monthly customer indicators to support a better understanding of the customer journey and development opportunities.
· Monitor objectives and KPIS related to recruitment, retention and conversion, as well database increases and customer engagement results.
· Execute and follow up all data collection and reporting required by Global/Regional team
· Share results for every project and initiative with regional team monthly
Client Events & Experiences
· To produce fashion events in line with market ambitions and brand image. Engage the relevant teams and collaborate actively in the definition & implementation of the events.
· To build a yearly event calendar to engage different profile of clients with the appropriate tone in line with the overall engagement strategy, working in close collaboration with the Swiss product team and the local boutique to define it.
· To design and implement VIC experiences for top clients locally and internationally.
· To orchestrate 360° plans thus coordinating Fashion activities with the other departments (PR, Media, training, merchandising) and keep close relationship with other divisions infusing One House mindset.
Budget Management & Presentations:
· Build A&P budget for the market with right level of investment to support the strategic ambitions, along the Head of Fashion and Swiss Marketing teams.
· Follow-up on the budget use and precision along the year to secure EOY landing.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, business, sales or related field.
· 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Retail or Business experience that will help you demonstrate responsiveness in a dynamic and demanding environment.
· Must be fluent both in English and Spanish
· Proficiency level using Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint.
· A passion for fashion luxury and strong communication skills that will help you thrive in day-to-day activities with different people profiles.
· Having creativity and problem-solving capabilities, along with an outspoken personality, are also important in ensuring the positive results of the overall marketing strategy.
· Technology savvy and digital trend awareness.
· Also, demonstrable skills in organization, communication, teamwork, prioritization of tasks, results-oriented, people management, and advanced MS Office Suite.
