Job description

Job Objective:

To serve as the boutique's first point of contact, offering a warm, personalized, and luxurious welcome to each customer while ensuring an exceptional experience aligned with the brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· 
Customer Service:

·  Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional attitude.
·  Identify customer needs and guide them to the appropriate sales associate or area.
·  Build an initial connection with clients, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.

· 
Boutique Flow Management:

·  Oversee the flow of customers entering and leaving the boutique to ensure a seamless experience.
·  Manage customer appointments during peak hours or exclusive events.

· 
Brand Promotion:

·  Act as an ambassador for the boutique, embodying the image and values of the brand.
·  Provide key information about products, collections, and available services.

· 
Event Support:

·  Coordinate and assist in executing VIP events and product launches.
·  Ensure the reception and lounge areas are pristine and prepared to receive guests.

· 
Personalized Attention:

·  Offer beverages, promotional materials, or additional information to enhance the customer experience.
·  Stay updated on frequent customers and their preferences.

Requirements:

·  Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in fashion, marketing, or public relations preferred).
·  Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service, hospitality, or luxury retail.
·  Languages: Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
·  Skills:
·  Excellent personal presentation and verbal communication.
·  Proactive, warm, and customer-oriented demeanor.
·  Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
