직무 목적:

  이 포지션은 최고의 A/S를 제공하기 위해 Fashion A/S 및 품질 서비스 팀 관리자를 지원합니다.

· 
  이 포지션은 DRC 수리 센터 내 CASS 사무실에서 근무합니다.

주요 업무:

· 
 고객 클레임 입력을 위한 내부 A/S 시스템 처리 및 마감

· 
 교체 부품 주문

· 
 해외의 수리 준비 및 Eyewear 시스템 업데이트 지원

· 
 CASS(Client After Sales Service) 관리자의 요청 지원

자격 요건 :

  학력 / 전문 자격

· 
4년제 대학 학사 학위 이상 또는 동등한 학위

  경력

· 
공급망 또는 A/S 분야에서 2~3개월 이상의 경험

· 
우수한 영어 구사 능력 (Speaking & Writing)

· 
우수한 컴퓨터 활용 능력 (MS-EXCEL / POWER POINT / MS-WORD)

필요 역량 :

· 
원활한 의사소통 능력

· 
긍정적이고 개방적인 마인드, 진실한 태도

Contract Period : ASAP - 2024.12.31

Job Purpose:

· 
This position can support fashion after sales & quality service teams’ admins for ultimate after sales service.

· 
• This position will work at the CASS office in DRC repair center.

Key Responsibilities:

· 
Handling internal A/S system for client claims key-in and closing for small BTQ (GRACE).

· 
Spare parts ordering

· 
Support overseas repair preparation and Eyewear system update

· 
Support the following requests by CASS admins.

Person Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications

· 
Bachelor's degree of 4-years of university or over the same degree

Work Experience

· 
2~3 months more of the experience in supply chain or after sales service field.

· 
Good ability of spoken/written English

· 
Good ability to operate computer (MS-EXCEL / POWER POINT / MS-WORD)
