Job description
· Supervise and motivate retail sales staff in order to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
· Lead the team with high standards always by example, communicating clearly the expectations
· Manage the team always finding new solutions that increase sales
· Boost the achievement of monthly goal objectives by developing strategies on clienteling
· Physical inventory control, maintaining and ensuring items are in stock (sellable merchandise and testers)
· Supervise CRM follow up and tracking of sales, novelties, birthdays and all digital communication with clientele
· Always protect and maintain the image of the brand
· Promote and supervise optimal execution of remote sales and deliveries
· Participate in opening and closing of boutique, and its daily processes
· Coordination of monthly work schedules
· Be responsible for the petty cash
· Biweekly overtime transmission for payroll
· Customer flow tracking per day
· Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
· Receipt of merchandise
· Re-tagging coordination for price changes
· Monitor local competitors
· General supplies management (back office and sales floor)
· Coordinate monitoring of the batch number of products due
· Coordinate permits for the suppliers entry and exit from mall
· Monitor animation changes with provider
