Job Purpose:
This position assumes responsibilities of managing the development of F&BP e-business in particular chanel.com by : setting up a clear roadmap to accelerate the sales development of an existing platform & identify new opportunities - building strong & long term partnerships with operators to get analytics and customer data - building a winning mindset across different departments (Marketing, CX, Media & Digital Communication, E-logistics and CCC teams in the head office as well as POS retail staff in charge of e-business operations) - working in close collaboration with Global teams to develop new initiatives and relevant assets – planning & monitoring budget of chanel.com activities – planning & execution by understanding of external touchpoints and customer journey for acceleration not only business figures but also customer data acquisition and utilization
Key Responsibilities:

Planning Chanel.com budget & sales, campaign roll-out plan
·
Build up insight of brand online customer, propose digital marketing strategy to division & corporate team based on chanel.com analysis
·
Analyze chanel.com site customer behavior by using analytics tools
·
Communicate with Global team about chanel.com performance and campaign plan
·
Preparing evolution phase for chanel.com boost up & omni channel activation
·
Work closely with the local marketing, media & digital communication team for successful campaign orchestration
·
Collaborate with CX team to set up chanel.com member acquisition and retention plan, reduce bouncing rate and increase the number revisits/repurchasing
·
Monitor the data to plan on segmentation and set the target to engage with chanel.com customers
·
Communicate with chanel.com PMO to manage the .com roadmap & UX/UI AB test
Role Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualification
·
University graduate (or equivalent)
Work Experience
·
+3 year experience in brand owned E-commerce (luxury/beauty/online platform)
·
Hands-on experience and familiar with Digital Marketing
·
Experience working with cross-functional & Regional/Global teams
Required Competencies
·
Strong business analysis and problem-solving skill
·
Leadership skill / ability to lead and deliver result in a competitive, fast-evolving environment
·
Digital mindset and online customer behavior understanding
·
Excellent communication skill both written and verbal
·
Computer / digital literacy (MS Office, on-line business/communication)

Professional command of written and spoken English
