Job description
Job Mission:
The CRM Operations Coordinator supports the smooth and timely execution of all CRM initiatives, including institutional campaigns and boutique actions during key campaign periods. This role ensures operational excellence and accuracy in campaign delivery, working closely with the CRM Professional who leads planning and execution orchestration.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the operational execution of all CRM campaigns across all relevant channels.
· Assist in campaign setup, target brief, communications with Region and Global, scheduling, deployment, and tracking to ensure accuracy and alignment with campaign objectives.
· Provide logistical and administrative support for sampling programs and boutique events tied to CRM initiatives.
· Support the creation and distribution of campaign reports, dashboards, and performance insights post-campaign.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Retail, TDS, M&DC & CCC) and external vendors to ensure campaign requirements and timelines are met.
· Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and identifying areas for process improvement.
· Contribute to documentation of CRM processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
Person Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications
· University degree in business, marketing and etc.
· Strong & detailed documentation skills especially on MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Strong with numbers & details
· Strong & clear communication skill with internal counter parts and external vendors
Work Experience
· 1-3 years of related experience in marketing operations, CRM operations, or campaign execution support
· Experience supporting CRM campaigns, database management, and cross-functional coordination preferred
· Experience in luxury retail, beauty, or clienteling environments is a strong plus
· Hands-on familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, SFMC, HubSpot, Braze, CDP) is desirable
