CRM & DIGITAL INTERN

 

Location : Panamá, Panamá City

Reports to : Digital & CRM Manager

Contract : Internship position

 

 

YOUR ROLE @CHANEL  

As the CRM & Media Intern you will support the Media and CRM teams, gaining hands-on experience in media planning and customer relationship management. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with internal teams, global headquarters, and external agencies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

 

 

WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL

Media Support:

·  Generate and track Purchase Orders (POs) for media-related activities.
·  Prepare and send media briefs to the Paris headquarters.
·  Create and distribute media newsletters to keep stakeholders informed.
·  Process ADOP requests for print assets and ensure timely delivery.
·  Share media assets with the agency for campaign activation.
·  Follow up on the activation of campaigns with the media agency to ensure alignment and execution.

CRM Support:

·  Digitize customer records from papercars format to digital databases (CUPFSA and Adobe)
·  Monitor and integrate CRM databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency
·  Maintain regular contact with the regional CRM agency for coordination and execution of CRM initiatives
·  Support in the destruction process of papercards with legal authorities

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE  

·  Fluency in English and Spanish.
·  Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
·  Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
·  Interest in media planning, digital marketing, and customer relationship management.
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Power BI) is a plus.
·  A proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities and a strong desire to learn and grow within a global organization.
