Job description
Within the Chanel Boutique in Knokke, you are the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in their shopping experience.
The internship revolves around the following tasks :
Client Reception :
· Warmly and elegantly welcome each client as they enter the boutique
· Listen attentively to clients' needs and direct them to available sales advisors
· In case of a wait, know how to keep the client patient, distribute online appointment cards, and communicate about the store’s flow
· Over time, be able to recognize regular clients
Service to clients :
Depending on the traffic and activity peaks in the boutique
· Ensure follow-up with clients waiting for assistance
· Offer a drink, and seat clients in an appropriate space while they wait
· Take clients' contact details so they can be reached later
· Manage queue and appointments tools
Team Collaboration :
· Assist with managing appointments
· Work closely with the sales manager and advisors to ensure smooth service
Profile
· Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset are essential; success in this role also requires initiative, autonomy, approachability, discretion, and a collaborative spirit.
· Dutch is required; English and French are also spoken in the boutique.
· The internship requires wearing a uniform while in the boutique. Personal presentation must be neat, in line with the House's standards.
