Job description
· CRM Operation
· Utilizing the CRM system to analyze client data and assist in implementing campaigns that enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
· Responsibilities include supporting the execution of targeted marketing initiatives across multiple touchpoints, generating monthly client performance reports, and collaborating with the client insight & data team.
· Omni Client Experience
· Online & omni touchpoint sales and client data analysis
· Sales & Client data preparation for report and meeting.
· Auto data flow and report building for business long-term usage.
· Digital Operation
· Execution of the translation workflow collaborating with agency, communication, marketing, and CRM team to ensure translation quality and meet delivery timeline.
· Brand.com product merchandising optimization, including product listing page maintenance and operation.
· Brand.com on-site search setting and optimization based on campaign and market trend study to elevate client .com experience.
