Boutique Supervisor

Job description
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the supervision of day-to-day operational activities of assigned boutique by administering staff roster, ensuring compliance with dress code and conduct requirements of subordinates or related sales personnel, providing reference and guidance to subordinates.

Assist in ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures by reviewing procedures and providing references to subordinates as required
·
Assist in the effective control and management of stock by maintaining, replenishing and balancing stock in-store, and participating in the preparation of monthly reports when required.
·
Execute sales transactions by providing effective sales service and ensuring that payments are processed accurately such as the completion of sales vouchers, calculating currency conversions, checking payments (cash, cheques, travellers’ cheques, etc.), arranging alterations schedule, and smooth delivery of customers’ purchases.

Maintain stock and its security by supervising stock security procedure and participating in the unpacking of stock delivery, visual display and arranging these in an orderly and professional manner in accordance to Chanel’s display standard.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of goodwill by developing in-store customer base, enhancing quality of customer service, handling customer complaints and repair requirements and ensuring that proper procedure is carried out with consistency across all boutiques.
·
Project the appropriate image by displaying goods in showcases, participating in the cleaning and tidying of the boutique and all furnishings and related accessories such as ash trays, etc.
·
Ensure effective staff management by monitoring their progress and provide on-the-job training where necessary.
·
Acquire thorough product knowledge of Chanel merchandise and upcoming trend.
Person Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications
·
College graduate or above
·
Fluent in Chinese, basic English, and Japanese will be a plus
Work Experience
·
At least 3 years of solid related experience in Watch, Fine Jewelry or luxury goods industry
·
Experience in team leading is must
Required Competencies
·
Good communication skill internally and externally.
Ability to administer and supervise subordinates and related sales personnel as well as control compliance with established dress codes, conduct and operational procedures.
Ability to train up staff on new product and repeat product knowledge information.
Ability to liaise with outside service personnel as required such as security, air-conditioning contractors and cleaning personnel, etc.
Ability to serve customers effectively , supported by a thorough knowledge of Chanel product fashion trends.
Thorough knowledge of the organization’s policies and standards relating to the sales and marketing of WFJ in the Boutique.
