Beauty Boutique Associate, seasonal cover

CHANEL is seeking two temporary Beauty Boutique Associates to cover the summer period, with passion for beauty, customer service, and sales.

As a Beauty Boutique Associate, you will create exclusive customer experiences while achieving our sales targets. In this role, your primary responsibility is to represent the brand and its values. With a high level of service and strong knowledge of the brand’s products and heritage, you will consistently strive to deliver exceptional and personalized experiences.

This is two part-time summer temporary positions, approximately 45%, covering June to September with working hours scheduled across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

You will be part of an inspiring environment with opportunities for growth within a company known for its high ambitions and bold spirit. The position is based in Stockholm, primarily at Åhléns City and you will report directly to the Boutique Manager.

Your Profile

·  You are passionate about delivering outstanding service and always approach clients with warmth and professionalism.
·  You are a confident and skilled salesperson with a genuine interest in luxury beauty products.
·  You are flexible, self‑motivated and take ownership of your responsibilities.
·  You are reliable and committed to completing tasks with care and precision.
·  You are a true team player who values collaboration and collective success.
·  You are a trained makeup artist or cosmetologist, or you have developed strong product and application expertise through your passion for beauty.
·  You speak Swedish and/or English.

Your Responsibilities

·  Achieve defined sales targets, including units per transaction, basket size, price per unit and conversion rate.
·  Actively contributes to the recruitment of new clients and the development of long‑term client relationships.
·  Provide expert advice on CHANEL products across fragrance, makeup and skincare.
·  Offer makeup and skincare consultations to deliver personalized beauty experiences.
·  Create exclusive client experiences by sharing the history, values and vision of CHANEL.
·  Support daily boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures.
·  Manage stock in close collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
·  Handle cash reconciliation and reporting to the Boutique Manager.
