Winter 2026 Co-op: Scrum Master (4 months)

Position Description:

The Scrum Master is responsible for managing the Scrum team on a daily basis as the guardian of the Agile approach and its values. They ensure the proper functioning of the Scrum team by handling the resolution of issues that hinder the team's performance. The Scrum Master must collaborate and interact effectively with the Product Owner (PO), other Scrum team members, and various stakeholders within the organization.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Facilitate various Agile ceremonies such as iteration planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile events
- Support the Product Owner (PO) in managing and prioritizing the product backlog
- Ensure transparency regarding the progress of work; take ownership of and follow up on obstacles raised by the team
- Meet with team members individually as needed to ensure cohesion, collaboration, and problem resolution
- Identify and track performance indicators (velocity, burndown, etc.)
- Ensure quality control of the product backlog
- Ensure the Scrum team is functional, productive, and properly self-organizing
- Support the team in Agile practices and potentially contribute to the development of Agile practices within the client organization

- Ability to write documentation in proper French
