WinDev/WebDev Developer - Junior

Position Description
CGI’s Philippines is searching for an experienced application developer with core knowledge on WinDev/WebDev technologies. As an application developer you will have the opportunity to interact with the users when clarifying requirements and functionalities, providing estimates to enhancements, code, test and deploy these enhancements.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Monitor existing application/s and ensuring that they are running in optimum conditions
• Investigate and resolve any technical issues sent to the team
• Create or modify code to meet new business requirements provided by the client/s
• Apply best practice technologies and adhere to methodologies such as the development life cycle as applicable
• Proactively find solutions to new issues encountered by the team

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• 1+ years of experience in both WinDev and WebDev development and Hyper databases
• Able to write SQL queries (Views, Stored Procedures, Functions etc)
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL database engines
• Experience in maintaining, debugging, testing, and deploying applications
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Access and VBA programmming
• Autonomous, communicator, fluent in English
• Bonus: experienced interfacing with SAP
