Weblogic OSB Unix

Position Description
• We are looking for a full time Oracle OSB and Weblogic Middleware Admin who is interested in working in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform and provide recommendations of WebLogic Application Server installation, configuration, upgrade and support in a clustered load balanced environment.
• Extensive work experience on Linux, Windows platforms and strong knowledge in scripting languages.
• Ability to coordinate and troubleshoot any issues across platforms.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and debugging skills across platforms such as Oracle 11g and 12c.
• Extensive knowledge of Linux/Unix commands and scripting languages.
• Execute all required maintenance on Linux servers including but not limited to acquiring and applying upgrades and patches.
• Installation and configuration of system monitoring tools such as Dynatrace Managed.
• Managing and monitoring the JVM performance by WebLogic Heap Size, garbage collection, JDBC Pools and taking Thread dumps and analyzing to resolve any application issues.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills in a fast-paced support team across multiple environments and platforms.
• Work with project’s development technical leads in a professional manner to plan, coordinate and provide recommendations of deployment activities for non-production and Production environments.
