Your future duties and responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative's main job function is to provide excellent customer service by giving appropriate and accurate responses to customer queries and to handle/resolve customer issues while meeting quality, productivity and schedule adherence performance standards.

Meanwhile, the Credit and Collections Agent role is to ensure that the company's credit & collection policies and systems are strictly implemented. This position shall implement proven credit and collection principles and strategies to meet the collection efficiency rating (CER) standard of the company.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Open for fresh graduates.
• Preferably with call center experience.
• Good communication and comprehension skills.
• Must be open for a graveyard shift and working on weekends/holidays.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig.
• Can start ASAP.
