Your future duties and responsibilities:

As Vice President Expert in Digital Transformation for the manufacturing sector, you will be responsible for strategically guiding executive teams through their transition toward the industry of the future. Your responsibilities span three key areas:

You will oversee high-level client engagements, ensuring impactful outcomes that drive measurable business value. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from inception to completion, consistently delivering results on time and within budget. A key focus will be maintaining exceptional client satisfaction by fostering strong relationships and upholding the highest standards of service delivery.

The role requires a continuous commitment to expanding expertise within key areas such as digital transformation, automation, artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and data-driven production. You will play a vital part in fostering innovation and driving competence development by actively sharing your knowledge across the organization and with clients, contributing to a culture of collaboration and forward-thinking solutions.

You’ll lead consulting efforts focused on implementing innovative solutions, while also mentoring colleagues and coordinating cross-functional teams in complex project environments.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

To thrive in the role of Vice President Expert in Digital Transformation for the manufacturing industry, we expect you to have several years of experience in advising industrial companies or hands-on work within the manufacturing sector. You have documented expertise in digitalization, preferably with a focus on production, logistics, or industrial IT, and possess a deep understanding of business models, operational processes, and the technological landscape of the industry. You have solid experience in leading complex projects and programs, ideally with certifications in established methodologies such as PMI, SAFe, or Prince2.

Your communication skills are strong, and you excel at motivating and engaging others in both national and international, multicultural contexts. Furthermore, you have a clear business drive and the ability to identify and develop new customer segments. You’re accustomed to leading and developing teams and have a natural talent for fostering engagement and delivering results. Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, is essential for this role.
