For 40 years, CGI has helped our military and intelligence clients deliver large-scale, secure, end-to end information solutions in Canada, USA and across Europe.
One of our key, long running programmes which develops bespoke software solutions in fire control and battlespace management for a key client a looking to grow their current team and are looking for a number of testers to join them.

Joining an independent test team you will be working alongside the development team but won’t be doing any of the coding or design. Most of our testing is done manually (with a small amount of automation for things which wouldn’t be practical to do by hand) covering many different types of testing, from requirements proving and verification of complex algorithms, right through to acceptance testing with the client.

We use a few test products and tools, the main one being HP ALM (formerly known as QC). Your future duties and responsibilities
You will be writing and running tests from a variety of different test phases, maintaining the scripts for those tests, and reporting any defects you find to the development and design team Required qualifications to be successful in this role
As an experienced tester you will have knowledge of functional and manual testing and have a good understanding of the testing lifecycle.
Knowledge of any Defence / Artillery / fire control would be advantageous along with experience of testing for Safety Related software Build your career with us.
