Position Description:

The COE Test (Center of Expertise for Testing) is looking for a Test Lead (TL) for the JUMP application (Asset Management software).
The role involves managing the entire testing process for a defined scope of IT applications.
Responsibilities:

• Ensure the organization of tests in collaboration with all stakeholders.
• Guarantee the oversight of testing activities from design to final assessment.
• Depending on the context, perform all or part of the Functional Test Designer activities.

• Define the testing strategy by establishing objectives, scope per test level, required environments and tools, and overall test execution structure.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Define the testing strategy by establishing objectives, scope per test level, required environments and tools, and overall test execution structure.
Guarantee test management from conception to final assessment:

• Organize and oversee test specification, execution, and closure activities.
• Supervise and follow up on delegated test activities when applicable.
• Coordinate different contributors and ensure the availability of testing resources (environments, tools, data, etc.).
• Manage test teams.
• Oversee the testing process in terms of test levels, priorities, milestones, key deliverables, workload, and quality.
• Produce test reports and relevant metrics.
• Participate in project committees, QAP meetings, and provide insights on testing.
• Identify best practices and share them within the team.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Mastery of the JUMP Application AND/OR Asset Management required
