Join us as a Test Lead, to closely work with our client to oversee an onsite-offshore team and deliver the program using agile methodology. The work will involve close interaction with Technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for Automation, Performance and Test Data Management), demonstrating an understanding of the technology-related product(s) and associated business areas. The Technical Scrum Master will help the teams apply technical expertise to improve productivity of teams and quality of work processes and outcomes.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• 7-10 years of expertise in Quality Assurance and Test Automation
• Proven experience of leading Test COE/ project teams
• Extensive experience in developing and implementing Quality Assurance processes
• Proficient in driving objectives and achieving project goals
• Prior or current experience in Test Automation is essential
• Skilled in leading both offshore and onshore teams effectively
• Strong ability to collaborate across various teams and resolve dependencies and obstacles
• Skilled in conducting demos & trainings and preparing presentations
• Excellent communication and presentational skills
• Work experience in Agile methodologies and good understanding of scrum process
• Scrum Master experience (good to have)
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must have
• Experience of leading project teams/ Test COE
• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance Process and methodologies
• Proficient in test automation (Web, API)
• Excellent communication and presentational skills
• Work experience in Agile methodologies.
• Excellent team leading skills
Good to have:
• Scrum Master experience (good to have)
• Retail Domain knowledge
