Position Description:

We at CGI are looking for an experienced and dedicated Test Automation Lead/Engineer to join our Manufacturing, Construction & Transport team. You will join a growing team with various backgrounds, both with technical and industry knowledge.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Your small grasp of your duties includes:

. Lead and perform both manual and automation test activities in projects
. Develop and implement test (automation) strategies 
. Ensure that test processes adhere to established standards and best practices|
. Collaborate with development teams and project managers to identify and resolve issues
. Document test results and work with the rest of the team to fix and prevent future bugs.
. Support and Coach other team members on test automation methods and tools

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

You come with extensive proficiency in test automation, including the ability to design and implement test strategies, testing pipelines and to develop and execute the test scripts by your own. You have strong and effective communication skills in both Swedish as in English. We are looking for a candidate who values sharing his knowledge, can lead and coach others and build a real team.

Required Skills : 
. Academic degree in relevant fields. 
. Minimum 6 year's experience as a Test Automation Engineer and 2 year's experience as a Lead. 
. Relevant certifications in testing, such as ISTQB
. Strong hands on experience in designing and developing automation test cases using different automation frameworks.
. Proficiency in pipeline automation/Source Code Repositories like Azure DevOps, GitHub and Jenkins.
. Experience with OOP scripting languages such as Java / C# / Python.
. Hands on experience in any test automation tools like UiPath, Katalon, Robot Framework, Tricentis Tosca, etc.
. Knowledge in API test automation.
. Experience of working in agile development environments
. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
. Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
