Position Description:

Accountabilities
• Collaborate extensively with business teams, regional users, IT teams, and local teams to gather and document comprehensive business needs, objectives, and requirements.
% Foster and maintain strong relationships with business users and IT teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
•Develop detailed use cases, workflows, and technical/architectural overview to support the implementation of technology solutions.
••Work closely with cross-functional team members to ensure successful project outcomes and goal achievement.
*Translate business requirements into detailed epics and user stories, providing support to development and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Play a proactive role in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Technical Skills
1. SQL and Database Management
+ SQL Proficiency: BPiUyto write and complex SQL to retrieve data.
+ Database Design: database normalization and indexing.
Programming and Scripting

3. API and Web Services
